100 Sails Restaurant & Bar in Prince Waikiki was popular for its buffet. While 100 Sails isn’t the full-fledged buffet I remember, the restaurant recently launched a modified experience dine-in experience called Indulge. During a media event, we previewed the new menu.
Indulge honors some of the best parts of the 100 Sails’ buffet — the carving station, made-to-order handrolls — but allows customers both new and returning to experience it in a safe way. Watch the video for a taste of the modified buffet experience.
