Foodland has done it again. Just a few months after opening its first in-store restaurant, Mahiai Table, inside Foodland Farms at Ka Makana Alii, it's opening its newest restaurant, Et Al, inside its newest store, Kahala Mkt. Both open to the public Nov. 18 across the street from Whole Foods and Times Supermarket.
