The outdoor mask mandate was masks are required outdoors if 6 ft social distancing could not be maintained. Restrictions on gathering size are still in place. Typically social gatherings of 10 people or fewer are allowed but depends on the island. Hawaii is currently 49% fully vaccinated. Hawaii Mayors have hinted at reducing other restrictions soon
