Aloha! Maui Mayor Victorino shared a little more news on his plans for a post-arrival test at Kahului Airport. Still, lot's of questions but we know vaccinated travelers won't have to get a second test on arrival. We also got hints of Hawaii changing its mask mandate per new CDC guidelines.
We shall see how this "soft" opening goes for folks arriving from the mainland.
